The 910 Editing Course Waitlist
Effective and last updated October 31, 2026
1. About this policy
Studio 910 LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates The 910 Editing Course waitlist under the 910 Academy brand. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Studio 910 LLC.
This policy covers 910editingcourse.com and its related waitlist pages and communications, including the hosted version of this website. It explains how we handle personal information when you visit, join the waitlist, or communicate with us. Separate notices may apply to course enrollment, training delivery, or other products and services.
Joining the waitlist requests course updates; it does not purchase or enroll you in the course. No payment card information is required to join.
2. Information we collect and why
Contact and waitlist information. We collect your name and email address, an optional telephone number, and information you provide in correspondence. We use this information to manage the waitlist, send a welcome email and course launch or enrollment announcements, answer questions, and send email updates about this course and future educational events consistent with your preferences and applicable law. If you provide a telephone number, we store it with your waitlist contact details. Providing it does not by itself authorize marketing texts.
Technical and engagement information. Our website and communication providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, website activity, and delivery or engagement information. A signup includes the page address, referral information, and a browser identifier used by Kit. Emails may contain pixels and tracked links that indicate opens and clicks. We use this information to deliver and improve communications, understand engagement, maintain the website, and prevent misuse.
We obtain information from you, your interactions with our website and communications, and the providers used to operate the waitlist. We also use relevant information to maintain subscription and opt-out records, comply with law, and protect legal rights. Please do not submit sensitive information or another person’s confidential information unnecessarily.
3. Providers and other disclosures
We use Kit to receive signups, manage email subscriptions, and send waitlist emails. Waitlist contact information is also synchronized to Google Sheets using Google Apps Script so our team can manage registrations. We use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for website delivery, and providers for storage, communications, and security. These providers receive the information needed to operate their services, such as contact details, subscription records, and technical or engagement information. Some platforms also process information under their own privacy notices.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or at your direction.
Mobile-data restriction. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The optional number you provide may be stored by Kit and Google as part of administering our waitlist. Other disclosure provisions in this policy do not authorize independent marketing use of mobile numbers or SMS consent information.
4. Email and phone preferences
By joining the waitlist, you request email updates and reminders about The 910 Editing Course and future events that help you develop your editing skills, as described beside the signup button. Where consent is required, we obtain it before sending marketing.
You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting academy@studio910pb.com. We may retain limited subscription and suppression records to document and honor your choices.
A telephone number is optional. This waitlist form does not sign you up for text messages. Marketing texts require a separate opt-in; providing a number, joining the waitlist, or reading this policy does not by itself authorize them. If text messaging is offered later, we will provide a separate choice and the applicable messaging terms. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of joining the waitlist or purchasing a course.
5. Browser storage and tracking
When you submit the signup form, the page uses browser storage to keep a randomly generated visitor identifier for Kit. The identifier itself does not store your name, email address, or phone number. Hosting and communication providers may also use cookies or similar technologies for service operation and security. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser; blocking some technologies may affect functionality. Email settings that block remote images can limit some open tracking.
We have not added Meta Pixel or other optional advertising pixels to this waitlist page. If we introduce optional advertising tools, we will update this policy and provide required notices, consent controls, and opt-out choices before using them where applicable. You can contact academy@studio910pb.com with the subject “Advertising Privacy Choice” to make an applicable privacy request.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage the waitlist and ongoing subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the information’s purpose, your relationship and preferences, and legal requirements. Unsubscribe requests stop the relevant marketing; limited records may remain to honor those requests or meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to your information and information about its use and recipients, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restrictions on processing, or an opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
Send requests to academy@studio910pb.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority where appropriate. We do not require identity verification for opt-outs where prohibited by law. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted limitation or extension. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, reply to our response with “Privacy Appeal.” You may also complain to your state attorney general or other competent privacy regulator. People in the EEA or UK may contact their local supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner. California and Nevada residents may use the same email address for applicable state-specific privacy or sale-related requests.
8. International visitors
Studio 910 LLC is the controller responsible for the processing described here where that term applies. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, which may have different privacy laws.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent where required for waitlist and promotional emails or optional tracking; legitimate interests to secure, support, and improve our services; and legal obligations for required recordkeeping and compliance. We balance legitimate interests against your rights. We need your email address to deliver the waitlist updates you request; a phone number is optional.
Contact academy@studio910pb.com for information about international-transfer safeguards applicable to your personal information or to request a copy where available. This policy does not ask you to waive privacy rights or consent to a transfer simply by visiting.
9. Children and other services
The course waitlist is intended for videographers, editors, and real estate media professionals and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
Other services linked from our pages have their own privacy practices. Their notices govern their independent processing. This does not remove our responsibility for providers acting on our behalf.
10. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version on the course waitlist website, update the date, and provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required.
